Job description:

1. Financial Management & Control:

– Advise on the development and enhancement of financial management policies and control the implementation of internal spending regulations.
– Advise Management on profit distribution, fund management and utilization, salary distribution policies, and other financial matters.
– Develop monthly cash inflow and outflow plans; review proposals for asset repairs and purchases, office equipment, outsourced services, and other operating expenses.
– Develop and operate cash flow monitoring, analysis, and forecasting systems; advise Management on cash flow balancing and optimization to ensure sufficient financial resources for business operations.
– Analyze and evaluate the financial performance of investment projects and advise Management on the financial impact of business policies and proposed plans.
– Review, appraise, and approve short- and long-term financial plans before submission to Management for final approval.
– Develop and implement management reporting systems to monitor, control, and analyze revenue and expenses across the Company’s operations.
– Monitor and evaluate asset profitability, capital utilization, and financial resource allocation; recommend solutions to improve the efficiency of asset and capital utilization.

2. Human Resources, Performance & Compliance:

– Determine and plan workforce requirements based on business operations; propose appropriate increases or reductions in headcount and coordinate recruitment, training, and employee development activities.
– Monitor and follow up on employees’ performance against assigned plans and objectives; proactively adjust targets and plans when necessary and evaluate employee performance.
– Regularly update, review, and monitor relevant regulations, policies, and legal documents to ensure compliance within the scope of responsibility.
– Perform other duties as assigned and directed by the General Director.
– Fully comply with Company rules and regulations, as well as requirements related to customer standards and regulations.

Job requirement:

1. Education & Experience

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
– Chief Accountant Certificate, CPA Vietnam, ACCA, CPA Australia, CFA, or equivalent certification.
– At least 12 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or auditing, including a minimum of 5 years in a Chief Accountant, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent position.
– Experience with Big 4 firms, listed/public companies, multi-subsidiary groups, or manufacturing companies is preferred.

2. Professional Knowledge

– Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, standards, and regulations, with a solid understanding of accounting systems and practices.
– Strong expertise in financial statement analysis and management.
– In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, cash flow management, working capital, budgeting, capital structure, and capital efficiency.
– Strong understanding of tax regulations and related-party transactions, with the ability to identify and manage related risks.
– Knowledge and experience in financial data control and management.

3. Skills

– Strong planning and execution skills.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Management and relevant stakeholders.
– Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills in financial matters.
– Strong leadership and team management skills, including task delegation, supervision, and performance evaluation.
– Proficient in advanced Excel and accounting/ERP software.

4. Other Requirements
