Job description:

1. Manage, update, and control the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in accordance with customer requirements, departmental requirements, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
2. Implement new standards at the office and factories, and update system documentation based on customer specifications (Spec, Pdoc).
3. Develop schedules and monitor the status, results, and key findings of periodic audits throughout the year.
4. Participate in periodic assessments of the company’s QMS and affiliated factories in accordance with GO/NO GO, DWP, rPET, ISO, and other applicable standards.
5. Prepare records and documentation and conduct on-site checks for customer and third-party audits; coordinate with the CAPA process to implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
6. Complete certification assessment registration procedures for new product codes and update relevant data when there are changes to factory or product information.
7. Receive, monitor, and coordinate the resolution of customer quality complaints and feedback.
8. Organize internal training programs on the QMS for relevant departments and employees.
9. Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with the annual plan of the QA Department.

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing or textile industry, with experience in Quality Management System supervision and internal auditing certification/skills.
3. Good command of English, with the ability to read and understand technical documents and communicate effectively.
4. Strong communication skills, flexible thinking, and the ability to work well under pressure.
5. Strong ability to work independently, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
