Job description:
1. Study and thoroughly understand production processes; allocate manpower and design line layouts for styles that are under preparation and production implementation.
2. Inspect line arrangements and manpower allocation in accordance with approved layouts; organize operations following the correct production flow to ensure continuous and efficient product movement; implement production plans for assigned styles/factories under the direction of the Department Manager.
3. Conduct time studies to evaluate the actual performance of each operator, then analyze and separate operations appropriately.
4. Monitor daily productivity and product quality; research, analyze, and propose process improvement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.
6. Work in Dong Thap or travel frequently for business trips.
Job requirement:
1. College/University degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
2. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; good understanding of the garment industry and continuous improvement tools such as 5S, 7 Wastes, priority analysis, etc.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment; good communication skills; careful, honest, and responsible working attitude.
4. Proactive, enthusiastic at work, and able to perform well under high pressure.
