Job description:
1. Monitor the implementation and compliance of procedures and policies related to customer standards and Vietnamese regulations on occupational safety, occupational hygiene, occupational health, fire prevention and fighting (FPF), security, environmental protection, and chemical safety. Conduct periodic assessments and assessments whenever there are changes at the factory.
2. Coordinate with and support relevant departments in addressing non-conformities and violations identified during internal audits, customer audits, or inspections by external authorities.
3. Conduct daily on-site inspections; recommend corrective and improvement measures for non-compliance issues and follow up on corrective actions until completion.
4. Issue notices and guidelines and communicate customer requirements and standards to ensure effective implementation and compliance across the factory.
5. Proactively conduct regular inspections and prepare reports on the factory’s fire prevention and fighting activities.
Job requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with good knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
3. Strong ability to work independently, with flexible thinking and the ability to work well under pressure.
4. Good communication, planning, internal auditing, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and document preparation.
