Job description:
1. Lead in setting up & organizing the implementation of quality plans & objectives.
2. Establish & maintain the quality management system in accordance with legislations & buyer’s requirements.
3. Guide the implementation & review the effectiveness of QMS. Organize & conduct internal audits according to GO/NOGO standards.
4. Ensure all buyer requirements and expectations are met at all different stages of the process from New development, during production, and after shipment.
5. Lead & coordinate with the related organizations for the quality training subjects.
6. Manage & assign the staff to complete the department’s duties & responsibilities. Perform the staff assessment.
7. Other information shall be more detailed during the interview.
8. Work in Dong Thap or travel frequently for business trips.
Job requirement:
1. University graduated, at least 3 to 5 years of QA Manager experience
2. Fluent in the English language (Writing, reading, and speaking).
3. Experience in formulating QA strategies, standards, and policies.
4. Thorough understanding of QA methodologies, workflows, and best practices
5. Experience in managing QA teams is an advantage
6. Familiarity with loading and stress testing is an advantage
7. Able to multi-task, adapt to changes and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
