Gilimex has planned to scale up investment in industrial parks.
One of Gilimex’s strategies is to expand investment into the real estate sector of Industrial Parks in provinces and cities across the country.
In the immediate future, Gilimex has been investing in establishing Industrial Parks in the following provinces and cities: Hue City, Vinh Long, Bac Ninh. In particular, Phu Bai 4 Industrial Park in Hue City, Gilimex Vinh Long Industrial Park in Vinh Long Province, Nghia Hung Industrial Park, Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park – Sub-area C in Bac Ninh Province have been approved by the Prime Minister and are being implemented.
In Hue City: The Gilimex Hue Industrial Park, located in Phu Bai Ward, Hue City, has been established with a total area of approximately 460.85 hectares and a total investment capital of over VND 2,614 billion. The industrial park is developed as a “Green Industry – Clean Industry – Advanced Technology” industrial zone, aiming to produce high-quality and high-value products. With well-synchronized and modern infrastructure, Phu Bai 4 Industrial Park / Gilimex Hue Industrial Park is expected to become an attractive destination for both domestic and foreign investors.
In Vinh Long Province: The Gilimex Vinh Long Industrial Park is planned to be established with a total area of approximately 400 hectares at Binh Tan Industrial Park, Tan Quoi Commune, Vinh Long Province. The project is expected to attract the development of supporting industries, renewable energy, high-tech applied industries, manufacturing of components, machinery and specialized equipment serving agricultural production, agricultural product preservation and processing, as well as green, clean and environmentally friendly technologies and processing industries.
In Bac Ninh Province: Nghia Hung Industrial Park with an area of 148.68 hectares in Tien Luc Commune, Bac Ninh Province. The industrial park in the province (formerly Bac Giang) has an important strategic position, leading in attracting domestic and foreign investment. The industrial park aims to attract investors in the electronics assembly industry, packaging, consumer goods, textiles, high technology, semiconductor industry, data centers, services and other non-polluting industries.
In Bac Ninh Province: Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park – Sub-area C with an area of 196 hectares in Thuan Thanh Ward and Tri Qua Ward, Bac Ninh Province. The industrial park in the province possesses many potentials, internal strengths and many development advantages, with important major traffic routes running through it, connecting with economic, commercial and cultural centers of the North. The project is planned according to the model of a multi-industry industrial park, prioritizing the attraction of high-tech, environmentally friendly industries, associated with smart technology and supporting industries, to ensure sustainable development, in harmony with the environment and the community.
