Job description:
- Guide and implement technical documents and product samples to production workshops for manufacturing execution:
– Study technical documents and product samples.
– Communicate and provide technical guidance to workshops for production implementation.
– Coordinate pilot production for new products; compare samples with technical documents to ensure quality before mass production. Approve and sign off samples for each operation once requirements are met.
– Research and improve processes by reducing unnecessary steps and motions to achieve optimal production efficiency. - Supervise and provide technical guidance to workshop staff during the production process.
- Coordinate with relevant departments/units to inspect and resolve issues arising during production.
- Work with the productivity/standardization team to review actual production operations on the line and adjust productivity standards accurately and in a timely manner.
Job requirement:
- High school graduate with short-term vocational training in garment manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of garment manufacturing techniques and sewing processes.
- Understanding of production management processes, ISO 9001, and 5S.
- Basic understanding of the operation and use of sewing equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents.
- Good communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and work effectively in a team.
