Job description:
- Follow the instructions of the team leader and line technicians.
- Change seating positions to suit each production stage according to the assigned style and the team leader’s arrangement.
- Sew according to the specified seam allowance as instructed by the team leader or shown in the operation guideline.
- Be able to identify fabric color differences and fabric defects.
- Use the correct needles and threads for each product style.
- Clearly understand the quantity and quality of personal output and record daily production.
- Ensure production targets are met in both quantity and quality.
- Clean the machine daily and check the oil level.
- Always ensure the machine is equipped with needle guards, belt covers, and that zipper pullers are properly tagged.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment during working hours.
- Identify and address causes affecting product quality to minimize defects and reduce time spent on rework.
- Be responsible for using and taking care of tools, as well as protecting the company’s shared assets.

- Piece-rate salary:
– Total income for sewing workers: from VND 9,000,000 to VND 18,000,000 - Allowances:
– Meal allowance: VND 780,000/month
– Attendance allowance: VND 200,000/month
