Job description:
- Take full responsibility for the department’s work performance. Control product quality from input to output in accordance with issued QA standards; advise the Quality Director and Factory Director, and organize inspection activities to ensure products meet required quality standards. Coordinate with the QA department to conduct training and calibration for QC staff.
- Closely follow quality standards issued by the QA Department and deploy them to subordinates for implementation throughout the control process.
- Participate in meetings to evaluate and analyze risks before launching new product styles into mass production; conduct deployment meetings with relevant departments and team leaders to communicate meeting outcomes.
- Monitor daily consolidated quality reports; promptly coordinate with QA, workshop engineering, production management, and line leaders to immediately rectify high-frequency defects and continue follow-up.
- Receive defect information and customer complaints from customers and QA; inspect defects, implement corrective actions, and instruct QC staff to closely monitor and control reported issues.
- Report quality issues that affect the production process to the Head of QA Department and the Production Director.
Job requirement:
- Graduated from vocational school or higher, majoring in garment engineering, quality management, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in stuffed animal sewing.
- Solid professional knowledge of garment engineering, especially in stuffed animal sewing techniques.
