Job description:
- Advising the Board of Directors on t company’s short-term and long-term production plans.
- Based on customer orders, direct and participate with relevant departments to develop short-term and long-term production plans for the Company.
- Coordinate with related departments to develop the company’s annual production business plan, submit it to the leadership for approval.
- Production management:
- Directly manage, direct, develop, and execute production plans including the sewing department, cutting workshop, and packaging workshop.
- Manage production to achieve the best productivity and advise the Board of Directors on productivity improvements;
- Organize activities of the production block: planning, managing, and supplying raw and auxiliary materials, machinery and equipment for production, organizing packaging and preservation of finished products until shipment;
- Manage and be responsible for the work results of all staff in the block;
- Train and develop successor personnel, propose promotions for consideration by the Board of Directors.

- Report weekly production status to the Board of Directors and make emergency reports as requested by the Board of Directors.
Job requirement:
- ≥ 8 years of experience in the field of manufacturing operations. Including at least 3 years in a position equivalent to Head of Planning Department or Director/Deputy Director of Production in the stuffed animal garment field.
- Graduated from a vocational school or higher.
- Good analytical and problem assessment skills.
- Communication, persuasion, presentation skills.
- Problem analysis and resolution skills and decision-making ability.
