Job description:
- Receive customer orders, balance material requirements, and prepare purchase proposals for raw materials.
- Monitor inbound raw materials; develop detailed production plans and implement production schedules across workshops, subcontractors, and affiliated companies within the system.
- Coordinate the supply of materials to workshops and subcontractors, and monitor and supervise material usage.
- Track and collect information on production plan execution and prepare shipment planning.
- Prepare settlement and liquidation reports for product codes; perform product traceability (raw materials and finished goods). Report data on assigned product codes to the Head/Deputy Head of Department upon request.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head/Deputy Head of Department.
Job requirement:
- College degree or higher; at least 01 year of experience in a planning position (preferably in the garment/textile industry).
- Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform well under high work pressure.
- Proficient in office software and capable of using standard office equipment.
